I had a very successful idea
that I implemented in my college and found great echo of success, Thank God, so
I want to share it with you as a story of success, it is "English Club-Faculty
of Engineering"

On
the discussion board, there is a topic entitled: "English Club Plan" contains
the whole plan and main lines.
We have already started in December
and stopped because of the exams but we are going to resume after the exams
isA,,
We've founded 7 groups of average
number of members in each group about 8 members. All the feedbacks were great
and they enjoyed the idea and the sessions so much.
During the term vacation, we will
held sessions for new instructors in order to improve their skills to be able to
manage their group sessions because we are planning to increase the number of
the groups due to the high popularity of the club, even with just announcing
on-line, but by the beginning of the new term we will make advertisement in the
college campus because we will be ready to accept large number of new
members.
I want this idea to spread in every
college, it is really amazing and very useful when colleagues get benefits from
each others in such a cooperative way, I have more ambitions to achieve more
objectives from this club to reach the max of utilization of this power inside
the members and that cooperative spirit they have.
